Cassini's Final Shots

NASA's Cassini has spent 13 years orbiting Saturn, and 20 years in space in total.

Because of Cassini, we learned a lot about Saturn's moons, rings and epic storms.

But, this morning, Cassini took it's final shots before breaking apart in Saturn's atmosphere.

Rod Pyle sent us this pic from JPL this morning saying, "Here's one of Cassini's parting shots--the moon Enceladus sinking below the horizon of Saturn. Cool beans."

KFI News' Kris Ankarlo was at JPL this morning among all the science geeks.  He joined us for how they reacted to Cassini's final moments.
