Authorities in Colorado are investigating a home break-in involving a group of men who posed as delivery drivers. The Aurora Police Department said that the men approached the home around 8:45 p.m. holding a package. When a woman who was watching the family's two children answered the door, they pushed her to the ground and rushed inside.

They also pushed down a six-year-old boy and inappropriately touched a 14-year-old girl.

The child's parents were notified of the break-in by their Ring doorbell camera and immediately called 911 as they watched the robbery unfold in horror.

Officials believe the thieves targeted the family because they run a business out of their home. Police said the thieves stole cash from the business and other personal items before fleeing.

While nobody was injured during the break-in, the family took their children to the hospital as a precaution.

The Aurora Police Department urged residents to be cautious when answering the door.

"Packages typically do not require a signature or that you physically accept the package. Keep in mind that delivery drivers usually wear branded uniforms," the department wrote on X.
